Amara Reservation & 9% Net Commission Policy

📍 Tulum, Mexico

Key Insight: Amara has updated its reservation and commission policies, detailing specific terms for securing units and agent compensation.

Reservations require $20,000 MXN or $1,000 USD, accompanied by a letter of offer and client identification. Offers are valid for 5 days, after which the unit will be relisted if not accepted. Once an offer is accepted, there are 21 days to sign the contract and pay the down payment.

A 9% net commission is offered, payable 21 business days after the down payment is fully paid (30% of total) and the contract is signed. All commissions, without exception, will be paid solely in cash. For sales paid in dollars, commissions will be paid in pesos at the exchange rate shown on the development's price list.
