- No Fiduciary Duty: Benjamin Valle does not represent the buyer or seller in the final transaction and is not responsible for the outcome of any deal, deed processing, or property warranties.
- Service Scope: Our responsibility is limited to providing digital market intelligence and establishing the connection between the User and the Broker.
3. DISCLAIMER OF INFORMATION (NOM-247 COMPLIANCE)
The property information displayed (prices, renders, availability, measurements) is provided by third parties (Developers and the Broker). While we strive for accuracy, Benjamin Valle does not guarantee that prices are current at the moment of viewing.

For the interpretation and enforcement of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their domicile.
