Update: Aldea Kalan has launched its 'Family & Friends' phase, offering significant discounts of 6% and 3% on list prices for various units in Towers A and B. New flexible payment schemes (80-10-10, 50-40-10, 30-50-20) are also available. The estimated delivery date for these units is March 2028.
